Admitted after suspension

So here is a question. I hope this is explained well enough.

So I was put on suspension from my 4 year college. Went to CC for a year. Took 36 credits in total (took winter sessions) got 30 credits worth of As (3 credit classes), 1 C, 1 F. Ive gotten an admission letter from my previous college saying "congrats, you can come back". But I have a job where I got awarded through an application a 1250 dollar grant ( a second one, i already have another 1250 so now i have 2500, kinda excited but I digress) to execute my grant project for environmental education. Since my school is 2 hours from this job, I'm taking another semester, taking 15 more credits so I can execute the grant. I got my letter of admission deferred for spring time and housing is guarenteed.

But I want to transfer.

Now here is my question. When I go back I'll still be on probation, just no longer suspension. I'm taking 15 credits there, repeating 3 of the classes I did bad in to boost up my gpa cuz my college replaces course grades when you repeat.

The school I want to transfer to has a deadline of May 1st though. Wehn I apply during May 1st, even with my CC GPA of like 3.34, I'll still only have a 1.4 at my original 4 year untill i take my classes in the spring to boost it up because those grades dont come out till may 15th. Can you still get accepted to a college if you transcript shows your taknig classes (and by any logical deduction the admissions people would see if he gets at least semi decent grades, he'll be taken off probation)? Or will I be instantly rejected cuz I'm on probation? I checked the school website and all they said was they would like to see around a 3.0 if you were put on suspension...

Call the college and ask how they would approach such a case. Ask if you could send in a mid-year report showing how well you are doing in the courses that you’re repeating before decisions are made.

Sorry, but I don’t think that with your academic record that it is the responsibility of the college to make any deductions, logical or otherwise–you have the burden of proof.

Colleges make deductions all the time when they send out acceptances IF you do a certain GPA trend during your second semester senior year. I know at least 15 people who were accepted to our state university with acceptances during senior year that said “if you get a 3.5 this semester we will keep you admitted”, mainly for those who are borderline…its not uncommon…

But thanks! I’m talking to a admissions eprson right now

The vast majority of accepted students are assumed to finish their coursework above a certain threshold or be rescinded. However, you are not the vast majority of students:

Well the admissions person just said and recorded my student number (since I’ve already submitted my application) and just told me to submit my final transcript that puts me off of probation along with a letter ASAP when i’m off probation.

Good, best of luck!
