Can anyone comment on the usefulness of attending the Admitted Student Open House?

Thanks.

I’m planning to attend the April 25 Open House, so I’m very interested in this topic too

I would highly recommend it. We attended 4 years ago with my daughter and it was a great way to talk to professors and department heads in a casual setting. DD also did an overnight with a current student and attended classes the following day with her roommate (engineering major) and it helped to seal the deal. We also got to attend the unveiling of “The Shirt” before heading home. DD will be graduating next month and is sorry to see the journey end - she has had a great 4 years. Good luck to you!

I attended without my admitted son. Found it very helpful. Had the opportunity to visit with some great kids (who actually approached me!) who were engineering and ROTC. Had a great visit and learned a lot about both ROTC and engineering and how ROTC fit into the school. Definitely worth the time to attend.
