So, I know I'm going to the one for Art/Sci. Is anyone else going? It seems really inconvinient for anyone who isn't within driving distance since it's only from like 9-3 and they don't offer overnight accomodations, but I really wanted to see the school, so my family's shelling out almost $200 for me to go for 6 measly hours. Luckily today I randomly got invited to do an overnight through the AfAm/Latino cultural centers, which is awesome! But I feel that that's kind of unfair...

Anway, I've been trying to register through myNEU but every time I click on the Register for Events things, it doesn't work! I'll probably just call tommorow (it'll be my first experience with the NU shuffle I bet :)), but is anyone else having issues with it?

I initially had problems logging in, but I was able to register for the day that the College of Business Administration was having their accepted students day.

I'm 90% sure I'm going to the CBA one on April 18th. I know what you mean about the half day. I'm planning on flying in from NY late Friday night and leaving Saturday afternoon. Its gonna cost me a few hundred bucks, but NEU is one of my top choices and even though I've already toured I'd really like to get a second look as well as see what they have in store for us lol.

wow dtc, why is it costing so much? i'm flying southwest from DC to providence (they don't fly to boston, but the savings are worth it) and it's only like $150.

wow thats pretty good. Round trip from NY is a bit less than 200 including taxes and fees and a hotel room for the night is about another 200. :( Kind of a lot, but I see it as money well spent.

i want to go to the CBA one on the 18th of April but i live in Houston......don't think i want to shell out 300 bucks if i'm only going to be there over the weekend.
hope there's something similar during the summer holidays...

Northeastern has a mandatory two-day orientation session for new students in the summer. I'm guessing the April gathering is more for people that haven't decided for sure on Northeastern, though it might help you decide on preferred housing to actually see your options.
