Admitted without scholarship

<p>I just received an admission letter from USC on monday. I was admitted without scholarship but my family can only pay around $35,000 of the $55,000. I was hoping for a scholarship as it is the only way I could attend.</p>

<p>Because I’m an international student, I couldn’t apply financial aid either…</p>

<p>Does anyone know if there any way to appeal for a scholarship or any other way to get the extra funding without resorting to loans?
