Advice about next three years?

Hi! I am just now starting my sophomore year, but want advice about my college application. I am not sure what college I'd like to go to, so I want to do as well as possible in High School.

I currently have a 4.14 GPA and have taken the most rigorous classes possible. My electives are Speech and Debate, IBSL Spanish 4, and Latin 1. I will be taking one AP class this year, and starting the IB program next year.

E.C's:
-Model UN
-Key Club
-Girl Up
-Student Council
-Secretary of Church youth group
-Spanish Club

Community Service:
-Over 100 hours at local hospital, I plan to continue volunteering for the next three years.
-In the next couple of months I also hope to start a program at my school for students to volunteer at a local center for abused children. This may not be possible, however.

Extra:
-United States Youth Ambassador to Brazil 2014
-Youth Philanthropy Initiative: Three year program where a group of students is given a $30,000 budget and meets several times a month to create a service program. For example, the last group to graduate created a program to help kids be aware of the health value of their food using a numbers system, and the program will be integrated into a local public school system.

Future:
-I will continue volunteering and being involved in as many of the above activities as possible. However, I may give up Key Club/ Girl Up/ Spanish Club, as I hope to become more involved in just one.
-I may be getting a job in the next couple of years
-Starting next summer I will be a C.I.T at a summer camp.

I simply would like advice about what to add to my resume, what to focus more on, etc. I haven't taken the ACT since 7th grade (I scored a 24), and I plan to keep my GPA high, but I obviously can't guarantee anything.

Also: This year I have chosen to double up on foreign language (Spanish and Latin), but should I continue doing this or stop taking Latin and add an extra science or math class? I am much more interested in foreign language, but I am not sure which would be more beneficial.

Thank you so much!

My first piece of advice would be to get off this forum because it’ll waste a lot of your time, but you probably won’t listen (I know I didn’t) so here it goes.
First, keep your course load as rigorous as possible and get the best grades possible
Second, pursue activities your interested in (not the ones you think that colleges look for)
Colleges look for commitment and interest; they don’t look for specific activities
A good resume would include a mix of activities your passionate about as well as some work experience and some volunteering/community service
Third, try to do summer internships/get a job/volunteer
Fourth, go into junior year thinking about recommendations (that’s one of the things I regret not doing)
Fifth, start thinking about what you want to major in/do in college
Sixth, make sure you test well
And last try to enjoy high school

A 24 as a 7th grader is very good; I would be disappointed if you don’t score a 31+ by 11th grade.
