Advice for Penn RDers

PUCK FENN .

go to hell

I'll second that motion, WhartonorBust

Why can't we all just get along?;)

Yuck Fou

we are all fighiting on christmas
dulce can stick his money where the sun doesnt shine
I'm not braging about my 45 thousand from SLU so you can stick it dulce and wharton

whats so bad about Penn?

Whartonorbust probably got rejected. It's actually pretty amusing...he's spent the last two years telling everybody they had no chance, and HE didn't get in.

what's bad about Penn? Stuck up kids, ADCOMS have lost touch with reality

I have a strange feeling that you wouldn't think this if you've been accepted...

lol how people can turn their backs on Penn once rejected. They'll come out of their state of denial. Dulce, sweetie, when you talk about "stuck up" think of the irony.

i miss the 90s! :(

I really don't know of any stuck up kids. We've all gotten along really nicely and have been extremely supportive of each other. I got deferred from Wharton but I'm still really happy for jyanks and chaotic for getting in. And jyanks and chaotic don't brag about getting in.. and neither did PennHunter about his merit scholarship too. Honestly, the only stuck up person I've encountered is Dulce.

lol everybody is turning on Dulce

poor dulce. she didn't deserve this.....

....

I'm just happy the rest of us can get along no matter if we were deferred or accepted.
Now I have to do the Hopkins essays ugh...

life is harsh, indeed, but if you can't pick yourself up after a deferral or rejection, whether from here or any other school... or really, any other seemingly crushing event...

... well, there's a lot you have to learn before you get to college...

yea being able to pick yourself up gracefully after defeat can really say alot about your character. kids who are bitter towards penn after deferral/rejection: what does that say about your character? im sure you all applied early for a reason. so basically penn sucks if it doesnt accept you, and penn rocks if it does. what makes YOU so important that the greatness of a school depends on whether you get accepted or not? get real, please.

real advice to penn RDers: penn is a great school but dont get TOO attached. we all know that this whole admissions process is entirely random. not getting into your dream schools says nothing about ur qualifications or chances at other schools. im sure everyone will end up somewhere that is perfect for them (penn or no penn). and if not, you can always transfer :)

lol i wish applying to Penn was as easy as your advice.
