OK, we have full rides at 3 schools and D is not interested in any of them. D is a top student in high school, decided last year that she wants to go into medicine and/or research. Choices:
JHU- no merit, no financial aid, 47K, may be a good fit, my D isn't a huge "party" girl, likes serious students, etc.
William & Mary, great neuroscience program, 30K ish out-of-state, seems like a nice fit for my D.
RPI/Albany Medical 7 year program, haven't rec'd financials, but presume it's about 35K, closer to home

Yes...we can swing it, but . . it will include sacrifices and loans.
My D feels as though she would fit in at JHU and W&M, likes RPI but isn't excited about the campus, dorms, or being in Troy, NY. Let me add that her eyes "light up" when someone asks her about JHU.

We'll be visiting W&M and JHU in 2 weeks.
Thanks all for any advice
