<p>I guess I don't understand your question. It's some useful information most UW students will need sooner rather than later. 90% of UW sophs move off campus into apts. Even a fair number of freshmen do it.</p>

<p>Under state law in-state residents get first crack at the dorms. So it's useful for out-of-state students to know what housing options are available to them.</p>
