Advice: What to do after deferred. Thx

<p>I know many people have been deferred on this board and are trying to move on. I just found out that from Vancouver this year... only one girl got in as a recruited athlete... those hardcore feeder school that usually get 60% acceptance rate to princeton with major legacies didnt get anyone in... so i am feeling a bit better knowing that it's just a tough year for Cdns...</p>

<p>I heard that Princeton was cutting down on the num of ED admits this year... but then again, they will receive more applicants with common/online app... what would you suggest the deferred students to do? For new stats, awards, achievements, should we mail it in or email it?</p>

<p>Any general advice would be helpful...</p>

<p>For me personally.. i am already sending in a new SAT score from Jan administration...</p>

Certainly not, pw - Rapelye even said they were willing to cross over the 50% mark if needed.</p>

<p>dont give up. Write a WHY princeton essay and send in another rec. + look over your app to see if you left anything out</p>

<p>when my friend visited in the summer, the associate dean said this year's ED will change a bit.. and that they are working to admit less than 50% of the class..</p>
