Advise me on what I should do

<p>I'm currently a junior in HS right now, due to terrible teachers, scheduling issues , I can only take one AP class. That one class being CalcAB. Now my question is, what should I do to make up for my un-rigorous classes when colleges look at that? I know for sure I can get an A in my classes right now but I need something extra to make up for it. </p>

<p>Does taking AP tests without the class count for anything? Do colleges see that I've self-studied on my own and did well on the tests?</p>

<p>Have you considered taking classes at the local community college? That might show that you’re challenging yourself academically within the constraints of your situation.</p>
