<p>i know we'll be getting advisors soon. but the thing is i'm not sure whether i'll stick to my current major next year or not. so if i do end up w/ an advisor from my major, but then i decide to change my major for next yr. would i be able to get a new advisor? is it even okay for me to be changing my advisor from freshman year?</p>
<p>Er, why would you change faculty advisers if your interests change? They're not there to advise you specifically on a single area of interest. I got a sociology professor and I'm an Econ/Comp Sci major.</p>
