AES notification?

<p>hi, I submitted my UTD application on January 3rd and McDermott application on January 6th. I was wondering when they would notify me for AES (although I cannot say that I will receive this 100% since no scholarship is guaranteed, I can still say that I have a good chance).</p>

<p>I already got accepted to the college on January 7th, I believe... and they sent me two emails about the admission (first one notifying, second one "urging" me to accept/decline).</p>

<p>Does anyone know how long they generally take to send out AES notifications for applicants that submitted after January?</p>

<p>I just got my notification today. I got it in my regular email, not my Zmail (it was actually a gmail). Although my UT Dallas admission email was not sent into the spam box, AES notification surprisingly was, so for those who submitted UTD application around the deadline for Eugene McDermott, check your regular email, both its inbox and spam box.
I think they’ll send a physical mail as well… need to wait several days to check on that.</p>

<p>I didn’t get a notification yet. Should I be concerned? Do you think I should call them?</p>

I’m pretty sure most of the Eugene McDermott scholars will get some form of AES. I got the honors scholar (the highest one).</p>
