affect of red bull/monster

so im a junior and i took the sat for the second time today. the first time i took it without any energy boosters other than snacks but this time i had a different idea. i bought a monster energy drink and drank it after part 6 (with about an hour and a half left) when i began to get tired. i believe it maintained my focus for the remainder of the test and i didnt feel a crash. keep in mind, i dont have ADD or anything, i just get tired and restless after a 4.5 hour test. has anyone else done this in the past?

Maybe it was the placebo effect :P

I should try this next time. This was my first time taking the full SAT (I’ve taken plenty of practice tests but I usually break it up) and I was losing a little bit of concentration around Rounds 8, 9, and 10.

I had a nice strawberry banana smoothie this morning. It was quite delicious.

Side effects may include mistakes in spelling diction and grammar.

Shouldn’t the title be “Effect” not affect. Correct me if I’m wrong…

give the guy a break…he will learn when he uses “affect” and “effect” wrong at Harvard…

or maybe its still the lasting effect of the energy drinks hes had…=x

when i took the test in january my proctor had the window open which i sat RIGHT in front of and it was very windy and around 30 degrees outside…

i was definitely awake during the whole test, you guys should try that sometime
