African American chance at JHU ED Plz Helpp!

So guys I've been really anxious lately about getting into a good university and what not. I'm gonna just throw out some of my info such as grades and such and see what you guys think. I'm a junior btw and i attend a prestigious high school known as The Academy for Allied Health and Bio-medical Sciences. there are no rankings in my school and there aren't many AP courses that i can take. However i do take some college courses such as medical terminology and Project Lead The Way

SAT- 2150

SAT II- imma take them over the summer

GPA- my school does weighted but assuming its unweighted my gpa would be something like this Freshman (3.0) Sophomore (3.3) Junior (3.8)
Extracurriculars- Newspaper club, Health Occupation Students of America, Toast Masters, volunteered with the neurological research team at Mount Sinai, Volunteered at soup kitchens and organizations. Im not on any teams but i do wrestle, kickbox, box, karate, Muay Thai, Jui Jitsu

I was affected by a movement disorder known as dystonia. I had 7 invasive brain surgeries. I missed 2 and a half years of middle school and made a huge comeback. I didnt get left back. I am going to have a recommendation by the chief of neurosurgery of Harvard. plz tell me what are my chances for JHU ED.
