African-American High School Class of 2016

I really late to this thread haha. My only reaches are Tulane, Vanderbilt, and NYU. I think my ACT score is low for Vandy but eh, I won’t know until I get my decision letter…I’m doing many EA applications instead of ED. I’m really nervous about seeing more than half of decision letters within a couple of months,

I’m later than you. Nice to find a neat thread.

Doing 13.

@allthingstesla I’m not trying to be rude or anything, but what are your safeties???

@Chopinspiano I was just about to ask that question but I didn’t wanna sound outta line lol

EDIT: misread post lolol

@Chopinspiano @YoAdriaaaaan Oh haha no problem! Well for UVA and William and Mary I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting in especially because I’m in-state, which definitely helps, and my ACT scores/GPA are at or above their 75th percentile. I’ll probably apply to Virginia Tech too just because the application is really easy and that will be a definite safety school.

Another VA person yay! Even though I’m not applying to any VA schools lol

I’ve reduced the list of schools I’m applying to to ten schools and I’m pretty proud of myself. I feel a lot less stressed out and I can focus more on a few schools at a time and make sure each application reflects the best of me. In other news, October SAT scores come out tomorrow :((

Ayye VA squad! Wait @allthingstesla @YoAdriaaaaan are y’all actually Virginians or are you from nova? Because then you basically aren’t from Virginia haha (I’m kidding)

I’m from southeast VA @Slytherclaw12 so I am as pure Virginian as they come. It’s like nova kids are in another state entirely
