For the Alabama honors college application and the one for the university fellows experience, both include the same question about a small introduction, career goals, and basically how the school will help with these goals

The character count is almost double on the ufe app tho

So is it acceptable to use the essay o submitted for the honors college one and add to it? Do the ufe admissions advisors look at what the student wrote on their honors college app?

The Honors college application essay is not intended to be difficult, more fact based. The Fellows essay needs to be outstanding so you can compete among 1000 kids to get to the phone interviews of about 150-160 kids. You could use the same structure, but there needs to be a much more robust essay for Fellows.
