<p>I just got a letter from them for an engineering scholarship. I was excited until the I read the line " There is a $29.00 processing fee…". All the information you included above is the same ( except the number after DC is 20006, not 2006 ). They also have a fax number: 202-331-3759. I’ve never won a scholarship before, I hope these guys burn in hell.</p>
<p>I am glad you found previous information which is about 1 yr old. You SHOULD NOT have to pay for anything to apply or receive any scholarships. Scholarships are funded by philanthropy, charity, individual, organization, institution, companies etc and should be always FREE.</p>
