<p>charizard that was close... i had several versions of romance: the brunette, the tropical native, and another one that is VERY emotionally charged (involves self-pity).</p>
<p>i 'm struggling between the three. they are all inspired by something. the brunette version is inspired by bronte's novel Villette, countryside, impressionsitic paintings, victorian repressions, eastern oppression. the tropical native version is borroed from paul gauguin almost wholesale (but with a more idealized image of the woman). the last one (not involving a woman) is inspired by frankenstein.</p>
