UCLA
UC Berkeley
UCSD
UPenn
University of Chicago
Northwestern
Cornell
Duke
Brown
Stanford (don't need to chance, I'm not going to try until I improve my SAT scores)

Ehh well I initially thought about applying early to Stanford but I realized that I want to hold back and retake the SAT in October (i get around 2250-2300 on my practice tests). Chances are I might apply early to UPenn's College of Arts and Sciences.

Not many "good" ECs either. You have piano, but you're also Asian. None of your other ECs suggest leadership. Private schools will likely focus on that a lot more. Also, your SAT isn't spectacular. If you can get a 2250, that would be ideal, though. Based on your supposed SAT scores:

Yeah fair world isn't it?
Oh well, thanks for the advice. I am aware that my extracurriculars are weak and inconsistent but I do plan to address the reasons for that on my essay.
