Alright, let's see what my chances are?

Hi guys! I'm pretty new to the forums here on college confidential. Well, this is actually my first I believe. But I found this section of the forum to be interesting, and I figured that I would test it out my self! I'd rather know the brute truth rather than some sugar coated note of encouragement, so please leave your honest opinion!

Alright, I'm really riding on the fact that I'm a female applying into the engineering program, so please also take that into consideration:

Bucknell University
Lehigh University
Colgate University
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Worcester Polytechnic Institute
University of Connecticut
Northeastern University
Tulane University

So what are my chances? I'll chance you back as well!

Excellent chances at RPI, WPI, UConn and Northeastern. Unsure on the others. Best of luck!

I don't know much about the schools, but I wanted to let you know that work experience is looked at.

Does Colgate have an engineering program?

I believe that Colgate has an engineering program! (At least the option was there when I applied.) I haven't personally seen Colgate yet, but my guidance counselor told me that I should apply, so I said what the heck, why not. It's also nice to hear that employment is at least looked it, even a little. I swear, holding a job, AP's, and sports is a very busy schedule. (Though I'm sure many of the people on this forum are far busier than I am).
