<p>Is being on the alternate list of one of their special scholarships mean that if I get addmitted I MUST go there or will I have a chance to choose whether to go or not?</p>
<p>I imagine you would still have a choice. The fact that you're an alternate suggests that there are a limited number of these scholarships -- and they are waiting to see who accepts the offers they've already extended. So if those people can decline, you would be able to as well. But, as always, for the best answer, call the Admissions office.</p>
