<p>I’m certainly not. With a triple legacy, perfect SAT scores, applying ED, choosing them as my National Merit #1 choice, Presidential Scholars Candidate, good ECs, etc., I’ve given Rice all I was prepared to. Time to go where I’m wanted…:)</p>
<p>lol i got a regents scholarship at berkeley for ChemE…and i got wait listed at rice, of course im not staying on</p>
<p>I don’t know what ds decided to do about the WL. He has many excellent choices, though Rice was the perfect combination of strong academics and being in-state. I told him if he did stay on to not give it another moment’s thought, however, as getting in off the WL is highly unlikely.</p>
