am I a legitimate candidate?

This is my dream school, but I had a teacher tell me today that I shouldn't count on getting in. This upset me a lot and I wanted to get a second opinion.

I am a senior in high school.
GPA: 3.9
Full IB diploma candidate
2 AP classes (the rest are IB)

2 years on the school dance team

President of a Diversity Club.
Organized and participated in a major hunger fundraising event at my school that I have some newspaper articles on.
Participated in a minority blood drive at my school that the club went on TV for (I don't have a copy of the show or anything though...)

I was a finalist for an ethnic scholarship and was honoured at a ceremony. (got a newspaper mention and certificate of merit that I can show)

Spent two summers on the East Coast in programs for international relations, global leadership and the like. (my intended major in Georgetown)

I can speak conversationally in another language, and am a first generation immigrant (that means I was born elsewhere, right?). I have four years of foreign language in my high school. My brother graduated from Georgetown.

Ok so this is the most shameful part.
My SAT scores are 760 Writing, 690 Reading, and 560 Math. (I told my teacher my math score and he basically laughed in my face.)
I am taking the ACT in a day. I've been so pressed for time that I didn't prepare well for it, but I really hope I can redeem myself especially in math. It's my last chance. I will take subject tests later in october.

Are my extracurriculars good enough? I mean, I have even more projects planned for this year, but I dont' know if they will be done before the application goes off for early action.

Pls let me know what you honestly think. I really will appreciate your opinion and advice.

Some stuff I forgot to add:

4 years as ballroom dancer

member of NHS for 2 years
member of National Society of High School Scholars
Vice President of Space Club (kind of random...)
involved in several cancer, arthritis and breast cancer fundraisers
attended some conferences on prejudice and racism

worked as TOEFL tutor and waitress over two year span (not simultaneously)

an outstanding graduate in a racial newspaper column

if that makes any difference...

not to be a debbie downer or anything but if you aree really serious about Gtown you need to bring your SAT scores up. They don't consider the writing, which sucks i know, so your scores are below the 25th percentile. Unless you are recruited for a sport or something I think the chances are pretty slim. If you are to bring your SAT score up above a 1300 you begin to have more of a chance. i think the average SAT is something like around a 1400.
