I also have permanent residency in America ( have a house in california although me and my family live here in asia) which we obtained through the green card program Should i apply as an international student or domestic applicant to the UC's? Which will give me a higher chance?</p>

I have the same problem except i’m in Costa Rica. I’ve done my research and even if you are a US citizen, since you are living abroad, you have to apply as an international applicant but for financial aid purposes you’ll be considered a domestic if you are a US citizen.</p>
