am i considered an international student?

<p>I'm an american residing and studying overseas. This next year ill be a senior and ill complete my bachelors degree in PR and advertising. i'll graduate in may 2015.
but...am i supposed to take the TOEFL test if my bachelor is in spanish?</p>

<p>I'm currently studying and living in Spain.</p>

<p>So... I'm american and i'll have a bachelors degree in a non-English language... but everytime i search this information it redirects me to the international student section. I'd like to know if i have to take the TOEFL exam.</p>
