Am I going to need to take Physics for top colleges?

<p>Will top colleges look down on me for not taking a physics class? I was deciding between AP Bio and AP Physics for next year, but chose AP Bio because I find it much more interesting. I could always take it senior year, but I'm just wondering is it necessary? </p>

<p>Well, it depends what you want to do, of course. Anything scientific AT ALL and I’d recommend physics. It’s the basis of all the other sciences.
If you’re going into a social science or humanities, then it’s probably not necessary.</p>
