Am I in Danger?

<p>So, I haven't got into UW or anything, but I think I may. I am a Senior currently and I am afraid if I do get accepted my acceptance might get rescinded. I am in 4 AP classes, but due to an awful teacher and just some slacking off by myself, I have a C- in the class. So, it looks like my first semester grades will be C,A,B,B,A,A which is a 4.0 weighted and 3.3 unweighted GPA. The C is in an AP class though</p>

<p>Would this be bad enough to be rescinded if I did get in or am I fine currently?</p>

<p>You should be fine, but try your best to get the C to even a C+. :slight_smile: Have very strong second semester grades, just in case you have to appeal being rescinded.</p>

<p>Don’t they see C+ as C since colleges don’t look at pluses and minuses. I might be wrong though…</p>

<p>Oh, I’m not sure about UW … I know I put in my + and -'s when I applied. Depending on your school, a C+ could be .25 GPA points (or more) higher than a C, too. It never hurts to try :)</p>

<p>our school a C is a C, no matter whether it is + or - it is worth 2 points, or in this case, 3 points being an AP class</p>
