<p>I am graduating from school in Switzerland, yet I have a Ukrainian passport. However, I also have a green card which means that I am a permanent resident in California. </p>

<p>Does that mean you have Ukranian citizenship and US permanent residency?</p>
<p>If so, most if not all colleges will put you in the US national pool (IF i’m not mistaken). In fact, I happen to think citizens or PRs living abroad have the best of both worlds because you can bring your diversity to the table AND have federal aid and all available to you.</p>
