am I just paranoid...or could this be a problem?

I asked two teachers to fill out teacher recs for my EA school, one is my AP chem teacher from 11th grade and one is my 10th grade english teacher.

However, I discovered the application instruction manual for that school recently and found out that the school requests the teachers be from 11th and 12th grade and from two different subject areas.
I figured the only way I could do this was to just send 3 recommendations (which is allowed) but I want the third teacher to be my 11th grade AP Biology teacher which is in the same subject area as my other 11th grade recommender.

Would this be a good risk to take or should I find another 11th/12th teacher from a different subject area even though they don't know me as well? Any in put is appreciated :D thanks

Seeing as you’re (most likely) a science person, what about a math teacher? Chem and bio are pretty closely related in terms of subject area.

this is what I thought about choosing my current 3:
10th grade english teacher knows a lot about my creativity in writing and art
11th grade chem teacher knows how dedicated I am as a student, how I work really hard (especially in her class last year)
11th grade bio teacher knows how much I love research and science

Does the college define what they mean by different subject areas? Most usually mean just different subjects and chem and bio would be different subjects.

they were pretty broad: science math history english etc

should I call them?
