Am I on the right track for UCs?

I am a Junior is high school currently. Ranked top 15% in class of approx. 500

Unweighted GPA Freshman Year = 3.9
Weighted GPA Freshman Year = 4.1
Unweighted GPA Sophomore Year = 4.0
Weighted GPA from Soph. Year = 4.2

Project Teach is a club where a group of students go to the middle school located near the high school and tutor the kids after school in the library.
I’m in charge of recruiting other students in the high school who may be interested in joining the club, and help gather a bigger team of tutors.

If your junior year grades match with your sophmore and freshman grades i’d say you could get in to all UC’s except Berkeley and LA (those are reach schools for everyone)

^ I agree. If you raise your ACT score a point or two and take more APs your chances will be even higher. Good luck!
