Am I qualified to get into First Year Engineering?

Well, I’m an international student currently applying to Purdue University,
which is definitely my dream school!!
And I wonder my chances of getting into the FYE (RD) ??

So my stat is like this:

ACT(after superscore):30 English-32 Math-36 Reading-25 Science-28
IELTS 7
GPA 3.8/4

Extracurricular activities include:
some benevolent activities,
being a member of the school volleyball team for 1 year and winning some competitions, being a member of the school wind band for 1 year,
holding a programming club during high school,
and some programming projects.

So based on the information above, what are my chances?

BTW, after looking through the data digest, I found the GPA section is separated into two parts, “core GPA” and “High School GPA” . So what’s the difference between them? Does “core GPA” equal to unweighted GPA ??

High school GPA is all classes. Core GPA is academic classes only. Neither are weighted.
