Am I screwed over because of my senior grades?

I am a senior and I applied to 6 colleges/universities. I hear back February through April, so they will be getting my first semester senior grades. I'm really worried about them though.

I have not been slacking AT ALL. In fact, I've been working very hard. Last quarter I got all A's including to AP A's and one AP B. This quarter, however, I really have been struggling. I barely have a C in one AP class and have a low B in another AP class. My letter grades probably will not change because I won't be able to get enough points.

Worse comes to worst, I may end up getting a D in English. I REALLY REALLY hope not, but we had an in-class essay and I felt like I did terribly. I have yet to get the grade for it but it's the last grade of the quarter. I have never received lower than a B in any class and typically get A's. If this happens or a C happens, am I not going to get into college because it'll look like I've been slacking from their perspective?

I can’t speak for any of the colleges, but there are options for you to try and raise your grades. Talk to your teachers and ask if there is anything you can do to raise your grade in the classes you’re worried about. Many of them will understand your circumstances and try to help you and some may not but there is nothing gained if you don’t put yourself out there to try. Good luck!!!
