Am I the only person...

...who has pretty much planned out all the clubs I'm going to join, the journals I'm going to try to write for, where I want to live, and decided where I'd like to work when I go to UCLA?

In other words, almost completely envisioned my next two years even though I don't know if I've gotten in yet?

I need someone to assure me I'm not crazy.

You are certainly not alone! I am in the same boat as you. I want to go Greek, join a few clubs, and make the most of my last 2 years at hopefully UCLA!

nope i even decorated my single suite at Hedrick

hahahah i cut copied and pasted on a picture :(

i have my curtains on reserve…

plus there are three clubs i am def. joining.

Haha, I did that for UCSC then got rejected. Fate was like, haha stop dreaming you idiot.

Not that I’m saying you’ll get rejected from UCLA, of course! Good skills, I don’t believe in luck.

This reminds me of that episode of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia where the gang makes vision boards and tries to do extreme home makeover on that one Mexican family’s house…

haha I’ve done the same thing for Berkeley, but have actually jumped the gun!

I am currently a part of the APA (UCB psych association for undergrads), am joining psy chi, will join a fraternity, want to write for Berkeley’s published academic journal for research in psychology, have a bid to live in Cloyne Co-op over summer, have signed up for 2 summer classes, and can see Telebears. …I hope I’m not setting myself up for failure.

haha youre definitely not crazy. I know which frat I’m going to join, the res hall I want to live in and the places around UCLA that I want to check out.

Sweet. You are all special, special people in my book :)

@ mshaddal: Indeed. Let’s hope for the best! It would be amazing if everyone in this thread got into their top choice…Oh great, now everyone will post in here thinking their likelihood will increase lol.

power of positive thinking!!!

But if I get in there, and not Cal, i’ll be southbound on the 101.

Flying by the seat of my pants on this one. ;)

highway 5 is a better route. haha

the 5 is a FASTER route…not necessarily better…haha
