I heard from some college people that
theres a much better curving for satii tests
that are taken in Janurary*. The reason is
seniors who are in urgent to take Sat II
tests (or maybe to get better scores).
Most of colleges' applications are due
in January as you know, but some are due in
mid. January (like northwestern).
I heard Janurary-satii tests have
the best curving for urgent seniors.

Wat do you think of this, need some of
your opinions.

I highly doubt that this is true.

If there's a nice curve, then the test is harder.

A doubt that there is a curve but if there is, I am sure the test is harder.

i doubt this too,
But this sounds quite reasonable, doesnt it?

I don't think so. 90% of apps are due the first week in January. The January test date is the last weekend in January, I don't know if colleges will allow seniors to take that test in order to have an effect on admission. I would think that it would make more sense in December because that's when most seniors would retake SAT and SATII's for regular decision.

The 'curves' are pre-determined, I thought?
