100% way, bubble 2 answers per question.
Ahh I realized I messed up 17
I know it’s impossible to be certain until the official cutoffs are announced, but can anyone with previous AMC experience guesstimate the AIME qualifying scores for AMC12 this year? Was this a harder or easier test than past years? Thanks!
Oh yeah, I forgot about bubbling 2 answers per question.
I really hope that the cutoff is 93 ish like it usually is
@magic125 Shiiiiiiiiiiiiet the cutoff goes down? That’d be flipping great.
Lol sammmmmmmmeeeeeeeee Look at this link and scroll down to cutoff scores http://www.goodsofthemind.com/students.html
2013 had qualification with an 88.5!!! WHOA haha
Lol I wish it were that low this year…
After what date are we allowed to discuss questions from the AMC 12A?
Well you can private message people if you want
Please do not discuss. People have not taken it, including ppl here who will use PM to extract answers
I personally found the test to be easier, so I feel that the cutoff line for AIME will be much stricter this year (obviously not above 100 doe lol).
Um doesn’t all the testing finish by 10:00 PM or are there still schools that function after 10:00 so students can take it?
^it’s 7:00 here in california.
and some people take tests at institutions or organizations so they might do their format differently
all-in-all though i think it was a pretty okay test.
there were somewhere between 0-25 A’s on the test.
gg he spilled the entire test #reported xDDDD
It’s currently 3:50 pm in Baker Island. Assuming the test takers in Baker Island start at 11:59 PM Baker time, they would finish at 8:14 AM EST. Just to be safe, we should save all discussion until 9:00 AM EST tomorrow.
Ugh I really hope the cutoff is in the 93 range bc I am on the border
I would predict the cutoff to be between 97.5 and 100, it was actually MUCH easier than previous years exams
