***Amherst College Class of 2019 Regular Decision Applicants***

@kayture mine is at the top too! i wish i remembered but i can’t! im so curious if it means something good or if it is insignificant!

does anyone’s documents section not request final high school transcript?

Mine doesn’t…

hopefully we’ll find out about 5 pm east coast time tomorrow and everything will be cleared up! good luck to you all, I’ms sure we will all end up where we are meant to be.

Well, we’ll all find out if it’s of any meaning tomorrow. As of now, all is fair game for everyone… Literally cannot fall asleep tonight :open_mouth: too excited/ nervous for tomorrow!!

What do you guys love most about Amherst? buries myself in Amherst thoughts as decisions loom on the horizon

can anyone access https://fadata.amherst.edu/NetPartner/NetPartnerStudent (the financial aid page)?

@aliefmoulana‌ I logged in just now, can’t you access it? I wonder what does that suppose to mean :-/

I can log on to it, too. I don’t think it means anything, though.

It doesn’t mean anything at all. I was able to login a few months earlier to check my missing documents and resend them. The only thing that can be an indicator of an acceptance (that i know of) is a few hours before the decisions are released you might some see a financial aid message (that says an award has been made) once you login to your MyAmherst webpage but I’m only making an assumption based off of previous years’ threads.

Don’t read into anything right now guys it’ll just cause more unnecessary stress. Just wait for the decision calmly. Good luck to everyone!

Any time line? In years past, were decisions out around 5PM orrrr…?

I can’t access to mine. It says “application error”.

i logged in the financial aid portal and the checklist is gone. I guess its a bad sign

My checklist’s gone too, but it doesn’t necessarily mean anything

My checklist is missing as well. Oi, a couple more hours to go.

Where is the financial aid portal? haha is it bad I’ve never logged onto it? >_<

everyone’s portal displays this right?

Welcome to the Amherst College Office of Financial Aid student portal. Using the portal, you may view –

The 'Awards' tab provides admitted and enrolled students details of their expense budget and estimated resources, along with the financial aid awards for the 2015-2016 academic year.
The 'Messages' tab provides admitted and enrolled students details about the personalized analysis of their financial aid application, as well as important eligibility and processing notices. Messages will change each time there is a revision to your financial aid award, and therefore, should be reviewed thoroughly and regularly.
The 'Documents' tab lists items that have not yet been received by our office, items needed to finalize aid eligibility of admitted and enrolled students, and documents necessary to apply financial aid to the student account at the start of the academic year. Please provide missing documents as soon as they are available.
The 'Financial Aid Disclosure' button provides students with a financial aid award a comprehensive summary of costs, grants and scholarships, net costs, options to pay the net cost, as well as additional financial aid terms and information. This disclosure can be easily printed to share with those who are helping you to develop your plan to pay for college.

Information on Amherst College’s financial aid policies and procedures is detailed in the online publication ‘Notes Concerning Your Financial Aid’ (https://www.amherst.edu/offices/financialaid/Notes_Concerning). Admitted and enrolled students are responsible for reading and understanding this information.

The Office of Financial Aid

yeah, @kigzcorp

I was on the financial aid portal today and it said “We look forward to working with you and your family during your time at Amherst! If you have questions about your financial aid reward, please be in contact with our office.” at the end of the page
does everyone have that message?

@xyxx97 It sounds so promising doesn’t it? But I think everyone’s got it…
