Amount of Credits to Transfer

I just started my freshmen year at a CCC. I want to transfer in two years to a business school, maybe UCLA.

How many credits do I need to have under my belt by the end of my first year?

I heard somewhere you need 30 in order to apply for TAG for UCI or UCSD?

Can anyone help me out on this?

By the way, I'm doing the IGETC format

Thanks!

anyone anyone?

You need 60 (semester) units by the end of your last semester before you transfer.

By the end of your first year, you need 30 units to qualify for TAG. If you don’t do TAG, there are no unit requirements by that time, but you should have around 30 anyways.
Personally, I’ll have a little under 30 so I can’t do TAG (but honestly, unless you’re a borderline student, you don’t need TAG).

I don’t think UCLA’s business school has an undergraduate program.

Yeah they do have one for business economics, which is what I would be interested in.

But, NoRegret don’t you have to have a 3.0 GPA for TAG to get into UCI for economics?

I don’t think you could get into UCI with a 3.0 GPA w/o tag.

Correct me if I’m wrong…

anyone think so?
