<p>i went to housing.fsu.edu and went to housing agreements, typed my FSUID and password. The drop down menu gave me an option for Fall 2009-Spring 2010. It didn't give me that option yesterday, I kinda have my hopes up right now :)</p>
<p>Have you seen the $200 admission deposit due yet on blackboard Account Statement?</p>
<p>eauxmar, I have that option as well... I don't know what it said before, because that's the first time I've checked it on the housing website. Did you have an option for Spring '09?</p>
<p>If you can sign into fall 09 then you are IN my friend. Look also for the deposit info to go on about 5-6 pm based on last years timing. If you CAN go in now to housing, do it and get your number........NOW :). There is no way you can get a housing number if you have not been accepted. So if it lets you sign in and get a priority number--your in.</p>
<p>The Spring '09 option was there yesterday. But today the Fall '09 - Spring 2010 option showed up.</p>
<p>tzais01: i checked my Account Statment and there's no dropdown menu for Fall '09, only for Spring '09, Fall '08, Summer '08, Spring '08.</p>
<p>I am able to get into the housing now seeing that Fall09/Sprint10 option for my D. It doesn't let you apply though, it says that applications will be taken 12/3. Is that what you guys got? This morning and prior, it only listed Spring 2009.</p>

<p>Well if it just lists the options but you can't sign in, that doesn't tell you you are in. You are in once you can sign in and register only. Or once you see an admissions deposit listed as due.</p>
<p>OK, that's what we got. I noticed on last year's threads, the first person seeing the $200 due around 4:40 PM.</p>

<p>What is the worst that will happen if you don't pay the deposit on the 3rd/4th? How hard is it for freshmen to get on campus housing????</p>
<p>With the cut in freshman admissions by 1000 this past year, getting on campus housing was not a problem. A neighbor was waitlisted last year, and did not get an acceptance until mid June, and still got an on campus dorm assignment. </p>
<p>You just end up in one of the older dorms. The housing deposit is refundable ALL but $25 by the way.</p>
<p>If you decide to wait on the housing deposit, and word is released that FSU is increasing their freshman enrollment again, just get the deposit in before the second notification date and you will have no problem getting housing.</p>
<p>Ok, thanks. The way everyone was talking made it sound like if you don't do it on the 3rd or only a couple days after, you'll have to find an offcampus apartment or something.</p>
<p>D owes $200 on the account page. We're in. I've been sweating this for a year. SO exciting. I guess I need to wake her up.</p>
