Anatomy and physiology ap

Is it a real class. If it is how to convince counselor to let me take it with friends or by myself

It’s not on the College Board website- maybe it’s just another name for AP Bio?

No its different but just not offered to us but I’ve hrd it being offered at other schools

So have I- some posters on CC have it offered as well, but I’ve checked the College Board website, and there’s nothing about this course on there.

No, it’s not a real course, unfortunately.

It’s not a real course. I think it just stems from the fact some schools abbreviate Anatomy and Physiology and AP or A&P and also that some schools weight it like an AP class.

Is their a anatomy and physiology class that has ap rigor/more advanced so I can show my counselor

Bumppppp!!!

AP is like a College Board trademark (I guess) and they don’t make an AP Anatomy & Physiology test. Some schools might call it that, and it’s probably some kind of honors class, but it’s not an “official” AP class.

How about an anatomy course at a college?

^ Yeah. Your school may offer some “Gifted/Honors” Anatomy (though I’m pretty sure Gifted goes away after Grade 10.) But you won’t be given any college credit

halycon, anatomy is known as one of the harder college classes. It depends alot on which prof you get though. It’s just tons of memorizing so if you’re good at that or like the topic in general, then you’ll do fine! I haven’t taken it but heard things about it.

You won’t find it on the Biology AP Test. My biology teacher said that anatomy was so much terminology rather than understanding that it was taken off. I believe that’s why there’s no AP Anatomy test or class.

It is offered in college if the class interests you.

Bumppppppppp
