Andover Chances? and advice

I am a sophomore and am interested in applying to Andover for 11th grade. I know my grades and extracurriculars aren't great but I just want to see if it is worth it for me to apply. I also wanted to see if it would be better to apply next year with an improved GPA and better leadership positions in clubs. I would be applying for a little financial aid, I attend a N. VA public school, and I am a black female. I would possibly consider repeating 10th but really don't know if it is worth it, help regarding this would be appreciated.
Thanks :)
Here are my stats:

PSAT- 216 I didn't study, don't know if its good enough for Andover
SAT- 8th grade 1900 should I include this?

Middle School
A- Geometry Honors
B's-Algebra 1 Honors, Spanish 1

Freshman year
A's- Pre-IB Algebra 2, Pre-IB World History, Spanish 2, P.E, Orchestra, Film Study
B+'s-Pre-IB English, Pre-IB Biology

the grading scale changed here from A(94-100), B+(90-93), B(84-89)... to A(93-100),A-(90-92),B+(87-89)...

there is block scheduling at my school so the courses that end this semester are marked with an asterisk.

Sophomore midyear
A's-IB Physics 1, Pre-IB Comparative Government, IB Math SL, P.E, Orchestra
A-'s-Pre-IB English 10
I will be taking Spanish 3 and IB Chem 1 next semester.

EC's

-Techie(light/sound also helping backstage, costumes, etc.) in every school play or drama festival 7th- 10th grade.
-Model UN, Debate, Math, Young Democrats and Science Clubs 9th-10th
-Key Club, Academic Team 10th
-6+ years of violin (some insignificant awards)
- This year committee chair of Got Hope?(Suicide and Cancer help) Walkathon, and blood drive.
-I campaigned for Obama, and Deeds(gubernatorial candidate of VA last year)
-Girl Scout for 5 years not continuously
-Volunteer at Children's Hospital( A long-term commitment)
-A couple hours at my library, Wolf Trap(a performing arts center), and school.

I would hopefully get excellent recs and essay.

I know that the environment at Andover would be better then the one at my school. I know that my grades are awful but I'm sure I can manage the course load at Andover. I was a really bad procrastinator in middle school but I'm showing an upward trend?

Basically, Andover is the only school I have considered so far but any suggestions would be helpful.

Please, please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to make my decision soon

Thanks

My brother got into andover and he didn’t have half of what you have. But he’s an athlete…
Though I say you got a pretty good shot. Now just ace the SSAT and ISEE!

Yeah. YOu have heck a lot of academics. Anything strong about you? Are you creative? Are you artistic? Writing-istic (fail)?

Yeah, and I would improve that SSAT and PSAT. A 1900, is, no offense, about a 85%. Not bad, but I think you’ll make it.

Just be a good talker, a good writer, and stuff. SSATs are just one little step. No big deal.

And trust me. I know a friend in 10th grade, who made to Exeter and Andover. He did SSATs worse than 1900, and PSATs, I don’t even wish to say.

But, his essays were so impressive, and his interview was wicked powerful and persuasive, that they were like “heck with the SSAT and PSAT,” and accepted him to it plus a bunch of financial aid (like 30,000).

I know you will be able to.

I probably would not give the 1900 as I took 2 years ago. But do I seriously have a chance applying for a junior slot.

I am a pretty good writer which I hope would show through my essays. Thank you guys for the positive feedback. I saw a lot of posts that had straight A’s so I got discouraged about my chances. Are there any backup schools someone would reccommend? And about the sat score is a 1900 bad for 8th grade. I thought I did okay for the time.

well your chances arent to good sorry, its epescially hard for 11th
and campaign for obama, wow thats not good for admissions really sorry
