i just finished A Sense of Honor two days ago, and to be honest, it scared me just a little. i find it amazing that Dean changed so much in just 4 days. it makes me wonder what 4 years there will do to all of us. (but i can't wait to find out)

Saw the movie last night and I would retitle it "Rocky Annapolis"
Those that don't/didn't attend the Academy will find many flaws....never saw a shipyard across Severn
Those with no knowledge of the Academy won't even get the concept of "Plebe Summer" and think that all you do at the Academy is get some 2/c to help train you to box.
When I took my knowledge of the Academy out of the picture, what you are left with is the run of the mill....work in a shipyard, dad doesn't support your decisions, fight for a cause.....Average, don't have anything better to do with your afternoon movie.
I can see this one on PayPerView and DVD soon.

We saw the movie last night in Annapolis with about 100 +/- Mids/Plebes. I would call it a rip off of Officer and a Gentleman & Rocky -- even the musical score sounded eerily like Officer and G. I personally enjoyed listening to the cackles and roaring laughter from the mids/plebes more than the movie. It's an okay movie I guess, better still because of no sex, no swearing, & no violence (unless you count boxing).

No one could ever enjoy this movie if you weren't in the Annapolis mall theatre at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. A whole different experience :D

By any chance were you at the 6:30 p.m. showing at the Crown -- theatre #2?

i saw it yesterday afternoon, both as a mid and with about 100 mids. lol possibly worst movie of all time. i can't decide whether its worse because i know how much they get wrong, or better because i have more then to laugh at. but the laughter around bancroft lightens the mood here.

We saw it on Saturday in Annapolis too! We were there with our son, Andre, who had done the CVW the night before. We were at the 7'oclock show. Thought the movie was like an Officer and a Gentleman and Rocky. And it was even filmed in Phili!
