Another Art Supplement Question

I know theres at least 10 other art supplement questions, but Im confused about the art supplement thing that youre all talking about, I thought that each college has their own specific requirements for supplements, including the art aupplement. For example, each college requires different amounts of work (and you might not want to turn in all the same works for all the colleges) and in different formats (CD, slides, prints, etc.)

Is there a universal art supplement application on the website?
thanks!

The [arts supplement](https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/docs/downloadforms/Art_Supplement.pdf) on the Common App is universal, but that doesn’t mean it’s all you need. As you point out, colleges have their own specific requirements for art submissions, and may even require additional supplementary forms for art submissions in addition to the Common App. Since the requirements for each college aren’t universal, you may have to follow them a bit differently every time.

So does this mean that I have to fill out this form/create the CD and then also do a college’s specific supplement for art? Wouldnt they receive my portfolio twice?
