Another Q

if you take multiple SAT's, can u choose your best scores?

i.e.

1st SAT

cr-800 m-800 w-500

2nd SAT

cr-600 m-750 w-780

can u have cr-800 and m-800 from 1st with w-780 from 2nd to send to your designated college?

(im sure this question has been posted for the umpteenth time)

The College Board will report all your SAT I and SAT II scores to colleges. However, most (but not all) colleges will only consider your highest score from each section, meaning, like you said, you would have a 800M + 800V + 780W = 2380. Among the colleges that don't follow this convention (and only accept your highest single sitting score - a 2130 for you) are the UC's (University of California system) and UT-Austin (Univ. of Texas) (there are more - these are just the first two I thought of)

is stanford uni also?

Stanford probably posts this info on their site. If no one here knows, you can call them and they'll tell you. I've found that all of the schools I've talked to are pretty happy to answer questions like that.
