My son is applying to Lawrenceville, Peddie and Blair Academy as a 9th grade boarder. He gets mostly A's and some B's. His SSAT percentiles were 71 math, 76 reading, 88 verbal and 83 composite. He plays football, basketball and lacrosse, though he was not recruited, nor did he try to be. He's very well rounded with a very sharp witty personality and sense of humor. I think his recommendations will be strong, but can't be sure since they're confidential. What do you think his chances are?

You have asked way too many times for this. The answer remains the same... He has a chance.

At this point I would say just wait till the tenth :).

I know it's been asked before. Unfortunately, not many answers. Can't help being curious.

I am very curious too! It is a tough wait isn't it.

Yes, it's a tough wait. But, I need to be more patient.

As do I. Just make a resolution to do [insert something incredibly difficult] by march 9
