<p>Okay, new here, and am wondering right off the bat whether I should apply early or regularly, and whether I have a chance of getting in either way.</p>
<p>*3.85 out of 4.0 which puts me in the top 5% (only percent rankings at my school)</p>
<p>*Have taken all but one of the AP classes at my school because of certain circumstances.</p>
<p>*Editor-in-Chief of School Newspaper
*Varsity Track and Cross Country Runner for all 4 years
*Academic Challenge Team-2 years
*Literary Magazine-3 years
*Summer Job Soph to Junior and Junior to Senior
*Mow lawns for the elderly during summer
*Have two reccomendations that are simply unbelievable and made me tear up after reading a copy of them.(That's a compliment to my counseler and teacher rather than me)
*Member of Republican National Committee
*Pretty good Essay writer</p>
<p>Well, being a member of the RNC will make you look good. Oh, wait, that is if I was hiring you, lol. Always happy to see other members of the right.</p>
<p>Anyways, I think you look good. Stay active and be sure to take the hardest classes you can (I don't think you mentioned that) but other than that I like where you stand and I like your chances. Good luck!</p>
<p>You look like you're in great shape! The only advice I would give you is to NOT send your ACT score. It isn't bad or anything, but your SAT is definitely better (espcially since ND doesnt pay much attention to the writing score). Good luck to you!</p>
<p>Thanks for the feedback so far, to answer an earlier question, I am the most discriminated race in College applications, White :P. Not a legacy either, so I have to bank on my achievements and nothing else.</p>

<p>I just had to clarify those things, because they make a pretty big difference. But yeah, you'd fit into the category of "want to apply early to find out early"</p>
