Another "which to retake" thread

SAT II: 710Lit 800US History 740Bio M</p>

<p>I'm applying to some selective schools, and I referred to an interest in biology. I am planning to retake tests in January (and send them to those schools that take January scores), and I know the BioM score is relatively low, so I was wondering whether I should just retake BioM and maybe Lit. The only problem is that my SAT math score also seems a little low for the more selective schools. Which test, then, do you think it would be better for me to retake? Thanks for your advice.</p>

<p>This depends on which of the tests you think you can improve the most. They are already pretty high scores and you should have no problems with them unless perhaps at HYPMS. Personally I would try to raise the Bio score since you expressed an interest in biology, but the test is a bit tricky - you could possibly end up scoring lower if you have forgotten some of the material since the last time you took it.</p>
