<p>Idarose, I am confident because, if I get rejected, I will cry one day and the next day I will live without having to make the decision!
But dont think I dont want to go to SHC, i obviously turned down some other big name state schools for this one (even privets)… It is really my dream school. THEY LET YOU DO WHAT EVER THE H*** YOU WANT!!!
research? you got it,
make up your own major? no problem,
Get a masters degree in 4 years? Why not,
3K scholarship? only for you.
great housing? no other way,
Parties and football? all night
Core classes? H*** NO.
that is what i love about SHC. lol

<p>I have to say I’m scared and confused by some of these posts. I’m worried for myself and my stats are pretty good.</p>

<p>To be totally honest I really think I got reject, I did not get any likely letters and I took only 7 ap classes, non at a local college… but I saw the past threads for accepted students and it was apparent that my application did not stand a chance… it is very very competitive. You are competing against some 4000 students for 600 spots and out of that, if all of them want to go to SHC then you have to compete for those 300 (maybe an extra 100) spots against the best of the best…
Depressing, I know :(</p>

<p>^^^ there are people triple majoring and getting there masters at the same time in 4 years at SHC because of the amount of AP classes they take. It is really madness! I feel so much anxiety and low blues and to make things worse I have to do this paper on hamlet now! I slept only 13 hrs since Friday as you can tell by the hours I posted… So I am drowned spirituality.

<p>So i got a letter thingy that is like a reminder to see my “mypennstate” account did anyone else get that card/letter thing? that is the only thing I got from SHC so far</p>
