I was checking to see if there were any other kids attending prep school this coming summer?

im going to prep as a falcon in california. not the academy prep school

I will be at the prep school, as will at least one other Airman from my base.

blueSuiter what is your AFSC? Hopefully not a TI.... :) That might challenge your future cadre.

blusuiter have you recieved your package from the prep school yet? The one with all the stuff they issue us and so on...

Ha ha, not even close. 3C0X2: Computer programmer.

No, not yet. I just mailed off the accept/decline form yesterday so I am not expecting that for a couple weeks.

Well at least when they give you that fancy little tablet you will know how to set up your email account....Your squadron will probably have a job for you too.

yes they will.

Trust me, cadets like people in their squads who can help them with computer issues. It keeps us from having to go over to the Comm squad. :)

Ha ha. It is like that in the regular air force too. We all hate the straight up comm squadrons but for some things you just have to bite the bullet.

Yep...I had to go to the Comm squad to set up my CAC card the other day...they deleted some stuff I needed/wanted on my computer because they were "unecessary". I'm just going to try to get help from my squad next time. ;)

Oh boy. Be careful saying CAC card around comm squads. It is a CAC.

For any candidates that don't know a CAC is a military ID a.k.a. Common Access Card.
