Any advice on my advertisment for subletting my apartment? How can I make it better?

I go to UCONN and currently this is the advertisement I have placed on the online message board. I really want someone to sublet my place. Any advice on how I can make it more attractive and more likely to attract potential renters would be appreciated:

Title of Thread: "Summer Sublet! Right on Bus line! 1 mile from campus. Rent per session! "

Message of post: "I am subletting my room in a house for the summer. Rent is $500 a month, although if you just want it for the May Term I will charge $375. It is great for the summer as it is on the lower level of a multi-story house, and is always cool and dry! It is right on the bus line too and within walking distance of the grocery store Grand Union. The room itself is very clean, fully furnished, and very spacious. You have free wireless, full access to kitchen and bath and living room, and parking on site. Clean and quiet living. Any questions, please ask. Thanks!"

describe how spacious, because as someone who has gone apartment hunting in nyc, that word often doesn't mean what i imagine it should. same for walking distance. also, try posting on craigslist, as well.

Photos. I never look at a listing for rent unless there are photos, they're often what will get someone in the door.
You might also want to mention whether utilities are included.
