Here is my situation:
During my summer of 2006, I signed up for a Physics class and then withdrawled from it 3 days later due to a miscommunication. On the other hand, during my summer of 2007, I retook the same exact class and received a grade of "B+".

Now my main concern/reason why i'm panicking and stressed out is because on my UC Application, I didn't state that I withdrawled from the class the first time in 2006. Do you think my decision will be revoked? I am very scared.. If you could please give me any advice if you've ever heard of any situation like this.. Thank you so much for your time.

Don't be worried. I had a slight hickup on my application as well, and I just emailed the admissions office. Just explain to them that this was an honest mistake and I am sure you will be fine. UCSC is not out to revoke admissions for honest mistake, they only do that if you lied on your application or you get bad senior year grades (D's).

don't worry jennifer, you only dropped it after 3 days, then that means you didn't officially take class, so it won't even appear on your transcript. if you put you took physics in 2006 summer, then just email them or something. something this small is nothing. don't worry about it. it'll be another story if you get a D in your senior year. =]
